The Studio has adopted specific cookie policies with reference to the processing of personal data carried out by means of cookies installed on the Site.

The data processing activities described in the abovementioned letters a, b, c are required to achieve the described purposes: without the Personal Data, it is not possible to achieve them.

WHAT METHODS DO WE USE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The processing of Personal Data is carried out, electronically and manually, only to the extent necessary for the exercise of the aforementioned purposes. The Studio is committed to protecting users’ personal data. The Studio informs that the password provided to enable the access to the photo gallery is one of the protection mechanisms for proprietary materials. Therefore, users are advised to use a sufficiently secure password and keep it in a safe place, limiting access to it on their computers and browsers, disconnecting it after visiting the Site. All Personal Data provided by users are stored on secure servers, by adopting adequate security measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, to ensure the accuracy of Personal Data and to guarantee the correct use of the information.

HOW LONG WE KEEP THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

The Studio retains Personal Data for the time strictly necessary for the exercise of the purposes for which the Personal Data were collected and subsequently processed, including any retention period required by applicable legislation.

The Studio will process Personal Data for the entire duration of the contract (in the case of an account created on the Site, of a purchase, or in relation to the services provided by the Studio) and for ten (10) years from completion of the sale or service provided.
